FEATURES of the polyurethane adhesive:
• Two-component polyurethane adhesive that cures rapidly from the inside out.
• Excellent resistance to weathering and aging.
• Can be machined 15-30 minutes after application.
• High resistance to chemicals such as solvents, gasoline, acids, and alkalis.
• Good adhesion on plastics, metals, wood, ceramics, and fiberglass.
• Solvent-free.

APPLICATIONS of the two-component polyurethane adhesive:
• Plastic repair: ideal for fixing fractured plastic parts, both thermoplastics and duroplastics, in various industrial and DIY settings.
• Glass industry: used in windows, doors, frames, and carpentry for a secure and durable bond.
• Nautical: perfect for joining interior elements and accessories on boats, ensuring a strong, water-resistant connection.
• Renewable energy: from repairing small holes to bonding components on rotor blades, this adhesive is a reliable solution for renewable energy projects.
• Metal industry: assemblies and reinforcements.
• Wood industry: bonding broken wood hinges or connectors.

HOW TO USE:

  1. Attach the mixing nozzle to the cartridge and ensure both channels are open.

  2. Before starting, discard an initial bead (5 cm) to guarantee correct mixing ratio and that the product is ready to use.

  3. Apply the adhesive on dry, clean surfaces free of dust, oils, or grease.

  4. Drying time depends on thickness, working temperature, and substrate temperature. Optimal working temperature is 22 ºC.

  5. For some repairs, using a reinforcing film behind holes and cutouts can be beneficial.

  6. Films help shape the adhesive and should be removed after curing.

  7. For all unprepared metals, clean first with a solvent-based cleaner and then sand. Remove any rust or corrosion.

  8. If the substrate is too cold, condensation may form on the surface, causing adhesion failure. This can be prevented by warming the surface before bonding.
